Hello,
Is there a way to report a reply from a business owner after I made a review? The reply is aggressive and personally attacking me simply because I posted a one-star review.
I can only find a way to report a review on the business side, not on the reviewer side.
Am I missing something? Can someone help?

You can chose to remove your review. That will also remove the inappropriate response from the business owner.
Sometimes we get carried away and make negative reviews that are more revenge and hurtful rather than helpful. You can read about revenge reviews here.
And sometimes business owners get carried away. I find that adding a sober reply at the end of your initial review can put the owner in further display for bad behavior if you phrase your response extremely polite!
Finally, I would recommend you use a nick name or alias on Google Maps to protect you form similar issues in the future.

I understand all your points, but I can assure you that my review wasn’t a revenge review.
I think that if I don’t get any other reply, I am going to edit my reply, to add that the reply was simply aggressive and I will leave it to other customers to judge that kind of behavior.
Quick question: Can I change or use a nickname for Google Maps only, or will that change reflect across all my Google apps?

It would be really helpful if you would use the tagging tool when replying to someone here on Connect. Type @ followed by the username. Type slowly. Then we get an e-mail notification and you are more likely to get a prompt reply.
Go to https://myaccount.google.com/personal-info
I inserted my Google Maps name MortenCopenhagen under name. That did not affect my name in Gmail. If it does you can set your real name in Gmail.

I’m sorry for what was happened to you. But, if I’m not mistaken, something like this is not uncommon. It’s happened from time to time. Sometimes.
My suggestion is, it’s better for you to delete your review, then rewrite it. So, maybe, the owner’s bad response would be deleted too.
But someone in this forum (https://support.google.com/business/thread/32977538/how-to-report-an-owner-response-to-a-review-a-store-owner-bullied-someone-for-giving-him-one-star?hl=en ) suggesting to report it directly to Google using Google My Business Help (https://support.google.com/business/gethelp ).
Maybe that’s the least we can do. It’s not worth the review. And Morten’s tips for using nickname on Maps is great.
