Google My Business is a different community, not related to the Local Guides program.

If you need more information about your verification code for the claimed businesses, you should contact them.

If you don’t know what is that email about, you should contact them and letting them know.

If your post is not related to the mentioned content, please explain what you mean.

Thanks for reaching out.

I understand you have started the verification process of your business. When verifying a business via email, part of the procedure is requesting a postcard with a verification code. As stated this may take up to 14 days to be sent back to you via email.

Finally I just want to remind you that participating as a business on the program is a violation of the Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions.
