Sometimes, when I edited some places with multiple details. The systems will pop-up a question “Are you trying to fix the name or report a change of business?” What is the different between this two options? When do I have to choose “report change of business” or “fix the name” options?

This is a brilliant question, @gizmoz .
Be careful about using the second option.
The second option “Report change of busines” will close permanently the business you are editing ( by the way permanently does not mean it can not be reopened!) AND then create a completely new business with the new name you are proposing.
The first option “Fix the name” means “Just fix the name” (and do not close the place and do not start a new pin).
I agree that this is not communicated precisely and clearly by Google Maps.
