I love answering questions about places I have visited: I usually do not have a lot of time to post pictures or write reviews, and i think that the answers method is the most efficient and intelligent way Google has implemented to get precious informations without asking too much effort to their users.
Accessibility, quality, kind of service, etc… with such a small “thumb effort” everybody, even the busiest person on earth, can contribute!
