I like sharing things like pieces of glass I found in my breakfast in a popular place with a lot of kids having their food there, or how I got food poisoning from a burger for 15$, or how expensive 4 star hotel puts dirty towels from the floor back on the hook so I would use it again. And I like that this reviews won’t be removed, like they would in official websites or instagram pages, and that customers like me who takes time to read reviews before going to places would not suffer from negligence and will have positive experience elsewhere.
Of course most people would say how they love writing great reviews about favourite places and places where they have traveled to, and places in their favourite neighbourhood, and don’t get me wrong, I love it too, and I am always very generous with words and tips when the place takes care of their customers but for me it is more important to prevent people from having negative experience, rather than just saying that some place was “fine”.
