Hi @KatieMcBroom

I’ve been spending my time at home on :

  • watching documentary movies,
  • doing podcast,
  • online meeting with my communities,
  • doing free online courses.
  • and I am still trying to find new things to learn :slightly_smiling_face:

Have a good day everyone.

Hi @KatieMcBroom , I think my new learnings have largely been on using online webinars to connect with work colleagues, catching up with old friends and meetup hosting platforms such as Hangouts and Meet. I’ve also had my hands on online gaming platforms which helped in my last meetup hosting**130 Local Guides globally to a games challenge**

Besides working from home, cause my job let me do home office, I have done some useful on-line courses of Grow with Google, and auto- learn a lot about Google Classroom cause my elder son and my wife started suddenly to use when the lockdown has established in my country!

Hi @KatieMcBroom ,

Definitely lots of baking, but also gardening and knitting. Winter is coming in Australia and my girls and I are all knitting squares which we plan to sew together into a blanket! Take care and stay safe.

Finally more time for all that!

Hi @KatieMcBroom , since the quarantine started, in addition to host and attend a lot of virtual meetups and connect virtually with other friends, I’ve been trying some activities to balance my online presence. So since the start of the quarantine, I finished reading a book and start another one. I’ve been cooking at home more times as well. It is excellent for health and also to have fun trying to recreate some recipes from my family and also from the restaurants that I like.
I hope that soon we can come back to normality, but there are somethings that I’ll keep doing, like reading and cooking more.

Greetings from Brasil

@KatieMcBroom I think cooking has been my strong point in this time as well as reading, or audiobooks are in a very nice skill, but holding the book in your hands, the smell of the book and enjoying a very nice coffee has no cost!

The book I´m reading now is Les Trois mousquetaires, d´Alexandre Dumas.
