It seems that my positive reviews are always visible; however, I wrote one honest negative review and it got deleted. Is it possible to make this review public again? I do not believe my review was in violation of any community standard. Maybe, it was a false positive? Please note: that the review was visible until I added a photo. Could the addition of this photo have been the problem? Please find a copy of the review and photo below. I appreciate any help. Thank you.
I really liked the community when I first moved in, but in the past year the complex has been having issues with crime. Homeless people have been entering the buildings and breaking into units. The parking lot is worse, it seems like everyday someone’s catalytic converter gets stolen or has their car broken into. We have been asking for scanners or locks to be put on the outside building doors to make our units safer as well as cameras in the parking lot, but management said no to both of these requests. Last week, they held a community meeting with the Denver Police Department to discuss the increase of crime (please see attached email). It seems like this complex is a target because we’re located behind a strip mall. Sadly, no real solution to deter the crime has been reached. The cops informed us that they’ll be circling our complex day and night moving forward, but we rarely see them.

Hi @Rich195
You may want to read the review guidelines once more.
You can share your own authentic experience. Not hear say and rumors.
Also, photos need to clearly show the place. Screenshot are not allowed.
So yes, your photo proabably triggered the spam filter, but you need also to rewrite the review text.
Let me know if you need help finding the relevant guidelines.
All the best
Morten
Hi Morten,
This was my own authentic experience. Our home was broken into and our car was broken into/catalytic converter stolen. Please let me know what part of the post made you think this was hearsay and rumors and I’ll get that removed ASAP.
Understood about the photo. Would it be ok to replace it with the photos of my broken front door? Whoever broke into our apartment used a crowbar and smashed the locks. I attached a copy of the photos below. Please let me know if these are acceptable.
I’m disappointed that we can’t share the email from the community acknowledging the increase in crime. It brings attention to the fact that this isn’t a one time incident. Unfortunately, it’s been occurring so much that the complex had police officers from the Denver Police Department hold a community meeting with us to address the increase in crime here.
Finally, will I be able to repost with the same email after the changes are made or has my email now been flagged as spam? If so, maybe it would be better to re-review using a different email address?
Kindly,
Rich

It would be really helpful if you would use the tagging tool when replying to someone here on Connect. Type @ followed by the username. Type slowly. Then we get an e-mail notification and you are more likely to get a prompt reply.
“IT SEEMS LIKE EVERYDAY…” this is a general statement that you most likely can not provide proof for. If this did not happen onevday you are proven wrong. You are generalizing and not presenting exactly what you experienced.
Cheers

You can always edit the text and remove the photo. Then the filter will evaluate your review again and most likely make it public.
I think it is okay to share the photo.
You can refer to the police meeting the the text.
Cheers

Thank you for the help on this.

Hi @Rich195 it is likely this sort of review would fall into the political category. Even though you’re trying to warn people of a real issue it is against Maps User Contributed Content Policy
What makes you think its invisible - I can see it?
I am sad to hear that your home was broken into. I’ve been there myself and it is a horrible experience. I hope you can put it behind you and that the complex gets sorted out and returns to safety and that you and your neighbours can regain your quality of life.
