The best way to make new friends while travelling to, exploring and giving reviews about those unseen places…
Its all started when i wanted to visit Bodh gaya, a place in Bihar, India,the place where the Buddha attained enlightenment beneath a sacred Bodhi Tree. I never had visited that part of India, so i started searching about that place. I visited many websites to get to know more about that place but that was still not sufficient to get actual picture of that place and suddenly i got help from someone whom i never met in my life, even we dont know each other. A girl from Gaya. I read about her native place on internet and asked her if she could help me to explore more things about that place. At that time she was in Gujrat but she was so kind to tell me everything about how to reach there and all the things to do there. She knows everything about that place and told me to visit Giant Budha temple and other monasteries made by monks from different countries and also to visit the sacred Bodhi tree and also guide me about all the things including camera which i can take inside by paying a nominal amount and that really saved my time a lot to visit all the important sites there.
After visiting back from Gaya, i thought i should also provide every important information to those persons who wants to visit that place. And i got the platform in the form of Google Local Guide.
Thereafter there was no looking back. I started giving reviews and it also makes me to travel more and explore more places. I even contacted that friend from Gaya who helped me there and we made a plan to visit Statue of Unity, Gujrat together. But this time i search every reviews on Google local guide and came to know about best things to do there and the timing and the day when it is closed and open for public visit. Many reviews were given, guiding how to reach statue of unity and also valley of flowers, the dam area and the most important to watch light show which start there at 7 pm. Both of us really enjoyed a lot and i am really thankful to those who gave reveiws about statue of unity. I also gave my reviews and described all the things which a person may face there at that place.
In doing all these things unknowingly I made a very good friend and helped many others who are in need of accurate information about the places where they want to visit.
