What does the Local Guides program mean to you?

<>For me means association, fraternity, group.

<>Since I have been involved as a local guide I feel part of a group, I feel involved within my community, and that I am part of a group that always looks to help in the best possible way. No matter where we went or go, or even if we don’t know each other, no matter the level we are, the numbers of contribution or the time we have been here, we all are “the guides”.</>

<>When I was young I used to move from house to house, new places new faces, so to know in advance where I was moving and the things that I would find near my house, I always took a look to maps and photos wandered around and get to know the area, I also had to find routes when I went far in town, that means Google Maps.

Since then, without even realizing it, I was already involved in a way as a explorer

I have always been passionate about photography and video; I studied Communication after all. This Program is a platform to keep continue to develop my skill and encourage my creativity and also as a photo gallery. Sometimes I want to remember my adventures, no matter if they aren’t so big, a picture is worth a thousand words.

Furthermore Local Guides give me another perspective about photography, it’s not only that I like the pictures that I share, but also finding a way to transmit a message, to make them useful but most important. To share my point of view and know that it’s a good one.

This program engage me to help, to connect, to inspire and be inspired, make friends, to discover and enjoy, share my own perspective and help small local business to be know.

In a sentence the Local Guides Program keeps alive the little explorer who always lived in me.
