My name is Javier Betancur and I live in the city of Cali Colombia, I discovered local guides about 7 years ago in the Google Maps application of my first Android smartphone, here in my country Google Maps had little power in That, so I dedicated myself to creating local sites that did not exist and adding information to others, but I realized by uploading a couple of photos that these were very visible, so I concentrated on uploading photos of the city I live in to that could serve as a reference for other people and since then I take photos of all the places I go and share them in local guides. Local Guides has been a great help to me when I am in places that I do not know and I intend that my photos, reviews and other contributions in my city also serve as a guide for visitors, I discovered that showing my city is something that I am passionate about and which is a better tool for this than local guides. That is why I would love to be selected to share experiences with other people who, like me, are passionate about showing their cities and with that knowledge, being able to contribute even more to local guides. so I hope to see you in california guys !!

Thank you for your post, that seems to be your application for Connect Live 2019. If so, please note that your post should use the Local Stories topic.
You can change the label by yourself, simply pressing the three blue dots on the post and choosing “edit message”
on the next step, you can change the label on the post. The labels are locate on the top, over the post body
Once you gave the new label, just save the changes
