When I wrote reviews, I can see how many people say it is helpful and it makes me feel really good the review is helping out. When I write the reviews, sometimes the owner representatives reply to it in person. Thanks come from the good reviews, and people want to learn about my experience if I leave bad reviews. I think that is also a good way to help the business to do better jobs.
