In order to boost small time business/entrepreneurs as a Local Guide I have been adding these vendors on Google Maps. I have been able to add few of these. Somehow my suggestion for a popular keymaker has not been approved by Google (when similar suggestions have been taken onboard in recent past for some other vendors like hairdresser, shoemaker, fruit seller etc). What could be the reason for Google not approving this vendor - a keymaker.

In addition to the link added by @MadanKPradhan (thank you), I would like to add a technical note. What I can see is that the name of the business is not respecting some basic rule: The name of the business should not include category (keymaker) and address (72D). Maybe this is not the reason for a place to be denied, but for sure is not the correct way to add a name

What i could assess from my experience is that the business does not have a proper stall it is too temporary. Maybe at the time of reviewing they felt it is too impermanent a set up to be included in Maps. As regards the keyword/category in the name of the business, I have in the past too added few small time business with their names having the keywords like:
