Weekend Chicken Curry Sauce. Receipe

It’s been a while I posted a reasonable foodie post so this is long overdue. It’s a first time recipe so I hope you’ll like it. It was done with the help and supervision of a relative that’s fairly good in the kitchen. The Sauce didn’t turn out too bad,I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I did. I enjoyed it with rice and with the company of other family members,it was so cooooooooool

Ingredients.

Flour 2 cups

Chicken 2 laps of medium size
Carrot 10 sticks
Green pepper 3 Bells
Curry 1 tablespoon
Thyme 1 tablesppon
Onion 2 bulbs
Groundnut oil. 3 spoonfuls
Salt to taste

Procedure
Dice the carrot, green pepper and onions.

Piece the laps of chicken(Not too small pieces)

Steam the Chicken with seasoning i.e Maggie, Curry, Thyme, Salt and other condiments you like.Steam till its fairly soft.

Retrieve or separate the piece of Chicken from the stock.

Add in the diced carrot, green pepper and onions (Chilli pepper is optional) and leave to boil for 10mins. Add more Curry if you like.

Mix the 2 cups of flour in a corresponding quantity of water(Not too light)and pour it into the stock.
Leave to steam for 10mins. Add in the 2 or 3 spoonful of oil.

Add in the Chicken as well. Note that this should not be boiling for too long at each intervals.

Add in salt to your own taste.

This is best served hot and maybe with rice or spaghetti or any pasta of your choice…

Enjoy your meal and weekend.
