We 💖 Detroit for the Civic Sense in the US

A comment on my previous post by @curatorofmemory was an eye opener and food for thought.

I recollected this stunning insignia WE :sparkling_heart: DET located adjacent to the Congress Street Station of the free QLine tram.

The heart shape was supposed to be pasted with flags by visitors. And the tourists seem to have done the job very well by not pasted any other type if miscellaneous stickers.

The QLine tram runs on the streets alongside the regular traffic. But great civic sense prevails in the US. People follow lane discipline and give way to pedestrians as well.

I have great appreciation for the street art and also the civic sense prevailing in the US. his makes walking around and exploring American cities a pleasure an enjoyable experience.

nice sharing @TusharSuradkar and of course, a spot like this, apart from being able to enjoy its artistic value visually, can also be an iconic place for tourists to take photos

Thank you @BudionoS
It is indeed a selfie point, though it had changed location from where I saw it in the video before visiting that place

This is a beautiful street art you have captured it’s essence well. @TusharSuradkar

This is such a lovely reflection— street art like the WE  DET insignia not only adds character to a city but also creates a sense of shared identity among locals and visitors alike. It’s inspiring to see how civic sense and public respect can enhance the urban experience so much. @TusharSuradkar ji.
