Waterfall Tourism Telaga Bidadari Batam is behind the Mall shopping mall, Plaza & electronic Industrial area and Mukakuning protected Forest.

Of the many Protected Forests in Batam City, the Pancur Forest area which has beautiful natural Waterfall tourism.
This natural park tourist destination is known as Telaga Bidadari.

To reach Bidadari Lake can be passed from Mukakuning Dam, Batu Aji & Tiban. Adventurers who take the Kampung Aceh route can begin their journey from the front entrance / Plaza Batamindo (opposite the door gate 1 of the Mukakuning Industrial area).

From the village of Aceh (just straight) walking across the village to the DAM Mukakuning (Base Camp), vehicles can be parked in this area. Continue walking 200 meters again until you see an open fence on the left side of the road (that's the entrance to Waterfall Nature Tourism).
The journey to the destination is about 1.5 hours along a challenging jungle trail.

Although close to industrial estates, Pancur protected forest is still very natural and well-maintained. This forest has its own charm compared to other protected forest areas in Batam City. Because in the protected forest there is a shower which is a mini Waterfall that flows from upstream, comes from the roots of trees in the forest and spreads like a waterfall.

When the dry season Waterfall in Telaga dries & during the rainy season, the flow of water in the Waterfall is so heavy that the volume of water in the mini lake below the waterfall is more abundant. Many visitors usually bathe and swim in the lake to eliminate fatigue from the busy city of Batam.

Around the forest area there are many diverse flora and fauna typical of tropical forests in the Riau Islands. Among other things, apes, semar bags and various types of freshwater fish such as tilapia, betta, mujair, catfish, cork and pomfret.

A nice post and photo @Edie_Nurdy It’s great to read that although it’s close to industrial estates, Pancur protected forest is still very natural and well-maintained. I hope this continues to be so.
