Rawon Rosobo, was very attached to the minds of the people who crossing Mojoagung street, Jombang, East Java.
Rawon rosobo is a mainstay of food for everyone who passes Mojoagung, Jombang. It seems to be a must, for them to stop at the Rawon Rosobo stall located east of Mojoagung Park.
Rawon in Pak Kadir’s rosobo stall is quite different from other rawon. Usually beef is cut into small pieces, then mixed with gravy and bean sprouts, while in the large empal-shaped beef rosobo stall dominates on the plate. Three layers of empal sprouted meat do not go directly into the rawon sauce.
For rosobo rawon broth itself is fresh enough to be enjoyed. The feeling of flexibility combined with chili and toge is very suitable to serve. Plus the very tender empal meat adds on the plate of rice with rawon sauce
The rosobo stall was founded around 1984, in Pasar Mojoagung which has now been converted into a park.
Because the market was firing many times, it was eventually relocated to another place, while Pak Kadir moved his stall east of the Mojoagung market or now turned into a park.
The Rosobo Rawon Warung is open from 05.30 WIB, until 21.30 WIB.
