Vivi Bubble Tea inside Eden Center, Falls Church is rebranding as a Taiwanese Café & Tea House, called One 1ea (One Tea), focused on Taiwanese snacks, bentos and bubble tea.
Like its sister location in Falls Church, the Rockville branch of Vivi Bubble Tea is leaving the chain, rebranding and adding an expanded menu.
In a sign posted in the window of the bubble tea shop at 6769 Wilson Blvd, the shop’s owners said the new restaurant will be a cafe and bubble tea shop called One 1ea. It will specialize in “delicious, sustainable and authentic Taiwanese foods and bubble tea.”
One 1ea will continue to serve original bubble tea but will add more to the menu, more advanced and multi-level tea experience.
“Everyday must be better than the day before to make sure our guests come back. It’s like everyday is a new launch. Every little detail must be perfect – the ambiance, the food, the drinks and the service. With a new change, we would like to make sure it looks beautiful, the food is great, the drinks taste awesome and our staff has never been more welcoming and service-minded.,” posted on their social media.
The Falls Church location is already in transition, and staff at the location said they expect to start seeing changes gradually over the next couple weeks, with new items and updated decor. They are still opening, both locations, during remodeling.
