Visiting London Eye - World's Fourth largest Ferris wheel ๐ŸŽก

@DrShaunak - The London Eye is something I would ride if I was given the opportunity. I have been living vicariously through your social channels your trip to London to watch cricket :cricket_bat_and_ball: (which I still donโ€™t understand how to watch or tell when the players score).

Here in the US the only Ferris wheel :ferris_wheel: that would be comparable to the London Eye would be the High Roller within the The LINQ Hotel + Experience. You might have seen this Ferris wheel the last time you were in Vegas.

Cheers,

Karen

@KarenVChin Thanks. Yes, you are right. I am a true cricket lover and love to watch international matches.

The day before yesterday I was invited by the British deputy High Commissioner in Kolkata to see the final match of this yearโ€™s world cup. U.S. Consul general was also present at the event. It was a great evening and England won the cup in a thriller. I am sure @AdrianLunsong is happy.

Regarding Cricket rules Earlier I discussed something about cricket here and here in this post. Hope this helps you to learn something about the basic cricketing rules. Some wiki links are given in the comment. When you have time just follow those links, I am sure this will help.

Yes @DrShaunak everybody here is thrilled with the cricket victory!!! Itโ€™s been a mad weekend for sports actually as we had the Cricket World Cup finals, Wimbledon finals and the F1 British Grand Prix!! Whether folks are into sports or not, there was certainly an atmosphere across the country as every public telly was showing either/all of the events going on!
