Fort Portal, a town located in mid western Uganda is a unique place with beautiful and an exceptional environment nature has to offer. Blessed with over 52 crater lakes cupped under hills, beautiful Flora and Fauna, Fort Portal offers residents and travelers a relaxing and serene atmosphere. Because of its strategic location, one is able to access great tourism sites in Uganda like the snow-capped Rwenzori Mountain, Queen Elizabeth National park and Kibale National park that is home to Gorillas, Chimpanzees and other primates.
The weather and the locations in Fort Portal makes it easy for me and other people to have an adventure as and when i like at a very low cost or no cost at all. its a perfect place for hiking, going out on a bike ride or camping in the wilderness.
