Visit to Robin Hood's Bay UK

Hello everyone

I’m new here on local guide forum, I wanted to introduce myself so it’s good start with photography as I love taking pictures and sharing on google maps because I want to help community. :slightly_smiling_face:

I’m sharing some pictures with you, when I visited to Robin hood before this lockdown.

Robin Hood’s Bay is a small fishing village and a bay located in the North York Moors National Park, 6 miles (10 km) south of Whitby and 15 miles (24 km) north of Scarborough on the coast of North Yorkshire, England. Bay Town, its local name, is in the ancient chapelry of Fylingdales in the wapentake of Whitby Strand.

Here’s the first picture after parking my car.

Now here is the second view when you come out of the car parking.

It’s a really beautiful view, you should admit. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

After that we went down the hill, you’ll see many shops like Fish & chips and after 5-6 minutes walk, you’ll see tourist area where you can find all the information. It is a busy little village with a good range of small shops, businesses and amenities. We were there for around an hour & took many pictures. I’ll share few shots with you, I hope you’ll like it & I’ll keep posting my trips here in the future. :+1:

Take care guys & stay safe.

:slightly_smiling_face:

Saludos Farid

Hi @FaridTDF thank you very much for your reply. There’s no access to boats from robin hood’s bay, it connects with Whitby where you can use boats. I’ve visited that area too and soon I’ll post photos of that trip too.

Take care and stay safe

Hi @Velvel

Thank you for your comment. My favourite part was that small place for fish and chips. You can see it in the pictures too. You can eat fish and chips with the beautiful view.

Take care and stay safe

Fish and Chips! What a nice experience to have it directly from the origin. Do you have the photo the Fish and Chips @Mrmeer ?

Please share it to us

Oh, do you mean the house with the sign “Fish Box”?

Take care and stay safe for you, too.

@Velvel yes, you’re right that house

I’m afraid I have not taken the picture of fish and chips, I’ll do next time for you.
