Hi everyone
I hope all colleagues who are in connect and who are reading my writings are always given health and extraordinary days.
Passport is one of the important documents that must be owned as a citizen.

A month ago I had the opportunity to visit the Class Immigration office Samarinda, in order to take care of making new passports for our family.
I will write about my experience during a visit to this public service office and I have also reviewed this on my Google Maps account with 5 stars and an honest and detailed review, because I really like the experience I have been in this public office so I also want my experience to be a reference for others who want to visit the Immigration Office Class Samarinda someday. This the review
When we first arrived, we were greeted very well on the front porch, we were given any information related making passports and here I was amazed, because their officers were very polite and informative They always have a smile on their face.
The requirements for making a passport in Indonesia are in Samarinda City:
- Adults :
- Electronic Identity Cards (E-KTP)
- Family Cards
- Marriage Certificates / Marriage Certificates / Marriage Books / Diplomas (for this point we can choose one of the requirements) Children (under 17 years):
- E-KTP of both parents (photocopied side by side on A4 size paper)
- Family Card (according to parents’ ID cards)
- Child’s Birth Certificate
- Marriage Certificate / Marriage Book parents or Divorce Certificate and determination of child custody from the competent authority
- And the most important thing is that both parents must come to accompany the child
The cost of an ordinary 48 page passport is IDR 350,000.
Arriving in the registration room, there are many more hospitality and services that I rarely encounter other public service offices (although there are, but the one at the Samarinda Immigration Office is really a plus plus the service)

Inside we can find a mini cafe complete with drinks and snacks for visitors without exception, and it’s all free and there are officers who don’t stop offering us to taste the drinks and snacks they have provided.
For those who like to read, the room is also provided with a reading corner with a fairly large collection of books, and the atmosphere is very cozy.

There are other supporting facilities, namely there is an ASI corner (especially for breastfeeding mothers and babies) as well as for visitors who bring children, here there is also a playground filled with play equipment that is safe for children.

It feels like you are not in a public office room, because really starting from the entrance to the process of applying for a passport until the process is complete, the pleasure of the service from the officers and the supporting facilities is very very memorable.
And this office is very disability-friendly. and provided a wheelchair if there is a disability who wants to use it while in Immigration office clemency.

That’s my experience in a public service office with a 5 star rating, hopefully this can be a reference for friends here who are looking to apply for a passport, especially in Samarinda City and I’m sure all Indonesian Immigration Offices have the same requirements and for friends who from foreign countries who want to take care of passports and others related to immigration, they will serve you in a very friendly manner.
Enjoy
Thanks,stay safe and cheers
Warm regrads
