I’ve spent some time traveling across Poland in the past couple of months and visited one of the most beautiful cities with historic old markets and neighborhoods. Here are some pictures of places I’ve visited and delicious food I’ve tried.
Toruń is one of my favourite places in Poland. It’s located by the Vistua river and is famous for its gingerbreads and for being home of Nicolaus Copernicus. Right now, the most fancy gingerbread shop is Iga Sarzyńska “Wzrusza Toruń”
There are also wonderful quick bite places in Toruń, such as Piccolo that serves pizza in Polish PRL style. They serve only 2 items from the menu - pizza and borscht and there is always a line inside!
Thank you for sharing your post with us. Everything looks so delicious, and the gingerbread cookies are so pretty. The Bread House Cafe looks like a place I would choose to go for a brunch with my friends. Did you make a Google Maps list? Was it self-service at Piccolo?
Thank you for sharing the list @Roxie_foxie . I can the food must be super delicious! If I travel to Poland, I will make sure to go there and try the dishes.
