I’d like to know if there are travel restrictions currently to enter Nepal from India by personal vehicle?
Are any medical certifications required?

Yes there is a travel restriction visiting Nepal specially from boarder area. The government of Nepal have asked travellers to stay at 14 days Quarentine uf you are from foreign country. So i recommend please wait for some time. Please check this site frequently onlinekhabar.com

This bridge has 52 gates. The river is called Sapta Koshi. It means 7 rivers combined.
