Hello @sinhlee ,
if you want to upload a single 360Video do it as you do for a normal picture or video. You can upload small (15 sec) 360Video.
If you like to do StreetView, follow the suggestion of @MortenCopenhagen in his reply.

What app do you use on your phone to create 360 panoramic videos?
To create a 360° video you need a 360° camera, @sinhlee
You cannot do that with a phone only.
There are several 360° cameras in the market, with different quality and price

If you spend some time on youtube you’ll see what you can do and how.
The same app the drive / control the 360camera is also producing amazing panoramic video.
At the same time you can export a 360 photo for google maps or a short v360 video for google maps.

I used to create 360-degree videos for Google Maps using the Google Street View application, but unfortunately, Google’s Street View app no longer has that feature. I’m sorry to say I can’t afford to purchase a 360-degree camera 
I do understand your point @Roman_Ahmmed . 360 Cameras are still really expensive.
I read somewhere that for the android mobile phones there is an app like the old “StreetView App” that allow you to take 360 photos.
Like 360 Panorama Camera available on GooglePlay Store
or, for iOS, Teleport: 360° Camera

Thank you very much. I have already installed this application on iOS and am trying to take pictures. It seems to me that it is very similar to the Google Street View app. Thanks once again @MarcoDavoli

ehehe Technically are the same. The only limit is that from that app you can not upload a 360 picture on Gmaps but… have a look at Panorra . Great app.
