Someone please tell me, how can I confirm my sending request to add a road. If I send a request to add a road and it maybe added or pending till now. How can I confirm which road is pending till now. And how can I proved that request is actually a valid request.
I don’t think you can.
From what I know Google asks other users in your area if this is a real road.
I understand your frustration as I’ve had roads declined, as a last resort I sent a photo from the satellite view along with my edit and that seemed to do the trick.
Not sure if that will work for you.

Pending roads simply can be determined by their orange color, and to check if you have pending road edits in an area you can use this method.
If a road edit is pending even after several weeks, you can ask for approval on the Support Forum. But as you mentioned, there should be some proof to express your request there. In many cases, the satellite images are enough but also it depends on the case, and sometimes, especially for removals, there should be some local proof such as a photo/video of the road or referring to the official local maps.
There is no such option in Road Editor to ask other users about the road edits by others.
And there is not a section to upload a photo by a road edit. So, may you please tell me how did you upload a photo?
