@curatorofmemory amazing post, this is very new to me knowing about the State Houses and Bhavans. But to my knowledge the veg thali is not authentic Tamilnadu style. Best place you can experience is in meals served in weddings happening in Tamilnadu. I truly appreciate your efforts, great find
