Classic Caeser Salad

• Apple and strawberry salad → Freshly cut red ripened apples with juicy sweet & sour strawberries are appetizing.

• Classic Caesar salad → The combination of cold crunchiness, mild bitterness & salty dressings is everlasting refreshing & too satisfying.

Roasted Pumpkin & Cashewnut Salad

• Roasted pumpkin, cashewnut salad with coriander pesto → A perfect treat for the winter. This colorful & crunchy salad with sweet, sour & hot flavours is just amazing.

Gado Gado

• Gado gado → This spicy Indonesian salad has it all. Crunchy vegetables, boiled eggs, chili peanut sauce, fresh coriander, fried tofu is super delicious.

• Murgh Jungli Tikka → Chicken is rubbed with heaped salt. It’s then mixed with chilies & ghee & poached on low flame with extra ghee & garlic. A flavourful & succulent chicken item is a must have.

• Thai Coconut Prawn → Prawns cooked with the exotic flavours of lemongrass, ginger, kaffir lime & coconut milk is super delicious.

• Tai chin fish → A combination of fish, green red & orange peppers, chilli sauce, hoisin sauce, Soy sauce & ground ginger. A spicy & tasty delicacy from Oriental Cuisine.

• Cheese & olive pouch → Cream cheese, goat cheese, parmesan cheese, fresh basil, roasted garlic,salt & pepper are blended well and large fresh olives are filled with it.

• Kolkata Dum Gosht Biriyani → Fragrant long grained rice & soft succulent mutton chunks perfectly marinated with spices & herbs & cooked together to perfection is just heavenly.

Pan seared Chicken with Cherry & Fish in green Curry

• Pan seared Chicken with Cherry and Cranberry jus → Pan seared tender, juicy & flavourful Chicken breasts served on a bed of sauteed mushrooms, onions & topped with a cherry wine sauce studded with dried cranberries plumped in red wine.

• Fish in green curry → Loaded with vibrant green veggies & aromatic creamy coconut milk & mild Thai green curry paste this fish curry with steamed rice is a delectable option.

• Nasheli Kofta in Palak Gravy → Mixed vegetables are mashed together & cooked with spices. Small balls are made with this thick paste using flour & then fried well which is finally cooked in thick cashew & spinach gravy.

Mushroom mattar Keema

• Mushroom mutter keema → Button shaped small mushrooms & green peas are cooked in rich & thick flavourful gravy.

• Batata nu shaak → A Gujrati styled dry spiced potatoes. Boiled potatoes are added to the tempered spices - ginger, green chili paste, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, turmeric powder, coriander powder, asafoetida & lime juice. This dry potato curry tasted delicious with chapatis.
