I am a Level 9 Local Guide (C.T.) reporting a recurring technical issue where reviews intended to my business (Business A) are being incorrectly published on a competitor’s profile (Business B) due to highly similar naming conventions and business located in the same downtown area.
This is a bug I have seen th platform struggle before. I have specific examples of reviews mentioning my name that are currently sitting on the wrong profile.
Can a Google Moderator please reach out via Private Message so I can provide the specific Maps URL’s and business names securely? I prefer not to share my business details on a public forum for privacy reasons.
