My only negative reviews, are backed up by the story of what happened and photos justifying the reason why the review is negative. No defamatory language or personal attacks. If the store owner not wanting people to see it and reporting it is automatically making the review hidden, then the system has no point of existence since more people are gonna be tortured by using the faulty services of unworthy businessmen.
For 1.5 month already, some of my reviews do not appear and just a few positive new reviews im making are showing. If a reviewer has to go through all this because a reviewed doesnt like negative reviews and flags them, then whats the point of being a reviewer in the first place? Its supposed to help the community, not torture urself.

I sended 2 or 3 months ago for this problem…
Now i got a problem that they go online but they dissapear after 1 minute…
Why google do not fix this bug, people putting there time/life in Google for free to build it… isnt there is evidence enough now after 70 pages?
The only thing i got is 12kg bodyfat since last time i sended the issue here, i am motivated but its very frustrating

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this and we will look into your account. All the reviews that don’t violate our policies, will be live again once our investigation is over. Please have in mind that there is no automatic way to resolve this and we are solving it step by step. As there are many Local Guides affected, this may take some time.
There is a bug in one of googles policies.
Is there not a way to undo that rule or look into it, and the problem will be solved?
This is a very massiv problem its almost a year in our lives…
They can change the collor of the badges but not solve a problem…
700+ examples must be enough to find the problem?
Please wake up google and make priorities

Most of my latest reviews have been published straight away but for me the issue with ‘first reviews’ continues - I appear to have three that currently remain hidden and they appear to be compliant with the rules. Perhaps your colleagues could take a look some time. Kind regards, David

I am on a Galaxy A21 Android phone. Running Android 10 with patch level May 2021. One UI Core version 2.1.
I had a friend log into maps through their login and they were able to see almost all of my reviews and photos.
In my Google Maps I see 92 reviews with 58 likes so I should have earned the silver badge completed and working on my gold badge for reviewing. However it doesn’t show the 58 likes. I show in my profile 412 photos of which I can pull up. Also one of the places I reviewed yesterday commented on that review so they saw it. I’m not really sure what’s going on but I’d like for it to be checked out. If you need any more information that would help you or have any comments or concerns please let me know. Thank you!

I thought it was all sorted a few weeks ago with ~480 reviews now being made public again, but unfortunately since being fixed, all my recent reviews are no longer going public (~35 recent reviews and counting).
Could you kindly assist?
Hello everyone. Last month I made a review of a place and also added some pictures too. But today when I open google map that I received the notification to review that place which I already received. Than i check such listening i found that my review is not available their. And photos which I added is also not showing their, but photo is showing in my timeline.
help me about this

I can confirm from your public profile that you have added 203 reviews and only 177 of them are public. So it is certainly not just one but 26 of your reviews that got hidden.
Google has automatic filters that hide your reviews so only you can see them. This can happen when some of your reviews violate the guidelines, including:
Prohibited and Restricted Content
Format Specific Criteria (See under Text Reviews and Captions)

If you need to identify which of your reviews are hidden please see this useful tip by my friend @C_T.
Currently, your issue might not be your fault. Read: Known issue: Unpublished reviews and photos on Google Maps. And, please make a reply there and request your account also be investigated.

Don’t worry, your review will be back in a few days.
The place was probably merged with a duplicate. During the merging there is a “transition” time on which a lot of weird things may happen. Don’t write a new review, you just need to wait a few days

Kindly read my first reply to you again. The answer is already given.
If you want to do it manually you need to compare your list of reviews in logged in mode with the list in incognito mode.
