Google is not offering support on such issues. You did the right thing to post here.
Google has automatic filters that hide your reviews so only you can see them. This can happen when some of your reviews violate the guidelines, including: Prohibited and Restricted Content Format Specific Criteria (See under Text Reviews and Captions)

I have similar issue. I’ve been trying to publish 1 single opinion (not a fake one, a positive one, with no prohibited content in my understanding) since 3 days now. It is still not visible publicly. I made it even much shorter and simpler than the original. I would really love to have this opinion published as the real estate agency I gave the opinion for really deserves this. Is there any chance somebody might check if there’s anything wrong with either the opinion or my account in general?
I share some reviews and photos about places with my friends, most of them can read and see all photos I shared, but another friend could not see the review, she opens the link I shared on her iPhone and automatically the review opened by Safari but what she found only photos uploaded no review at all.
I suggest she open directly by google maps or google browser the result some review appears on the screen with photos and some still photo only no text at all.
Another suggestion is upgrading the software and google maps. She did it but still, some reviews cannot be read.
On contrary, I have the same problem as her.

I’m definitely sorry for the inconvenience here. As mentioned before the team is aware of this bug and is working very hard to find a solution. We ask for the patience of the community during these times and we hope to have a fix in for you soon!
No I do not except that they happen to post things that I post and I feel it’s important to let the community know what kind of business is going on location if it’s like they say . Because lot’s of times I’m disappointed if it’s not what is averitize . I earn badges sounds crazy but it’s fun . Challenging. No they have not deleted my photos.
