J’ai bénéficié de corrections, une fois pour 600 avis, une fois pour 200. Soyez patient et la solution arrivera. Le problème est dans les algorithmes, j’ai confiance dans Google pour résoudre ce soucis.

I’ve noticed that a few of My photos are not published to a POIs a month ago!!

Example:

I do a Maps’contribution as upload 8 photos to a POI, when I go to see them, I see only 5 or 3 are published, while the rest are not there in the Folder ALL or BY YOU !!

unfortunately, since one month all my 144 reviews have been set to private. At the beginnen only four or five has been private. I have read the guidelines carefully and adjusted the four or five latest reviews as they could be misunderstood. After that all review were set the privat. Before that the problem did not exist. Right now only one review is online I wrote a few minutes ago, normally in one or two days the newest reviews are private as well. What I write doesn’t matter. The green review-badge was also removed, even though my reviews had a lot of positive company responses and were found helpful. But all my reviews are in friendly language and try to help other people. Please send my profile for an investigation. Thank you very much!

Hello! I am very much in need of help and would greatly appreciate someone’s guidance and hope they can get back to me soon. I am a level 8 local guide, and I am very careful regarding my wording when composing reviews. I just recently discovered that many of my reviews have never been posted!! I found out from my family that they couldn’t see some of my reviews. So, after checking my account, I found that sometimes my photos are posted without my written review, and periodically neither the written review nor the photos are posted. To make it all the more confusing, I have lots of reviews that HAVE been completely posted. I have randomly reviewed some of my posts that have never been posted and can’t for the life of me figure out how in the world they are violating any policies. Alot of them are purely just kindness and praise-worthy reviews, but of course, with pure honesty. I have scoured the policy list and see nothing on your list that would indicate I am violating Google’s policies. This is so distressing since I have spent an unimaginable amount of time putting these reviews together, and I really and truly enjoy it immensely. Additionally, I have checked my settings, and I appear to be “public”. I am at a dead end here at figuring this out and extremely frustrated and really would like to know what the problem is so I can correct it moving forward. This has been going on for a long time, and I never knew because I can see all my own reviews. I am taking another trip in less than 2 weeks and don’t want this to keep happening. I also wish to have the problem fixed so that if I have indeed NOT violated any policy’s on any previous reviews, I would like all of those previous reviews AND photos published/posted. I thoroughly enjoy helping people get accurate first-hand experience about a business before they try it out, and I equally enjoy helping businesses grow. Very discouraged! Please help!

How long should I wait? Nothing has changed. This is so frustrating. I have wasted SO much time on this already, and it isn’t exactly like I can go to another alternative when Google is a monopoly with over 90% of the Polish market.

I can confirm from your public profile that you have added 505 reviews and only 459 of them are public.

Google has automatic filters that hide your reviews so only you can see them. This can happen when some of your reviews violate the guidelines, including:
Prohibited and Restricted Content
Format Specific Criteria (See under Text Reviews and Captions)

If you want to identify which of your reviews are hidden please see this post.

I have studied a lot of your public reviews and photos and noted that:

A) your photos and reviews are generally very good

B) the length of your reviews might be an issue. Writing long reviews increase the risk of the spam filter getting triggered. Also, few people care to read very long reviews.

C) I noticed similarities in how you end some of your reviews that might trigger the spam filter. Never reuse phrases.

D) you post way more photos than normal for each place you review. Be careful not to add redundant photos.

What I saw would normally not warrent so many reviews to go private. So please read Known issue: Unpublished reviews and photos on Google Maps. And, make a reply to request your account also be investigated.
