P.S.: I have just released your post from the Spam Filters. I would like to apologize for your post being marked as spam. Our filters run 24/7 and they can be a little harsh at times. You can visit this article to learn more - Why was my Connect post marked as spam?. I also wanted to let you know that I will merge your publication to this ongoing discussion, as they share the same topic. Keep in mind that this is how we keep the forum organized.
Yes, there is a list of naughty words that will trigger the spam filter, but it is not public. And it never will be public, since this would be the perfect tool for spammers. And I believe the list is updated continuously. I also think Google is using the sentiment AI as trained in Crowdsource to interpret our reviews.
But you can easily test the filter and learn what words have triggered your reviews. Remove a section or replace one word and resubmit. This iterative process can be repeated until you find the word/words. When the review goes public you can try adding in the text sections you removed earlier.
All the best
Morten
this looks like worst user experience. For me, Google AI should learn faster.
An Idea: All users complaining in this forum could be added to a white list.
That will improve the quality in reviews by publishing human reviews.
What Google will say?

Answer my question please:
Why I have always the same problem with my reviews??? What is the problem here???
9 opini 0 wyświetleń i 1608 głosów potwierdzających przydatność.
Pozdrawiam

Hello @Bobiisha
It’s been a couple of weeks now, since I first asked why my reviews are not published…here is again a kindly reminder. Could you please tell me at least the last status of the processing? I would really appreciate it.
Thanks a lot
Hello,
Would like to know why Google does not show in public many reviews? They appear as published, but you cannot find’em from other accounts. It seems Google does not like to show bad reviews about some services and shops. For example, Porsche Iberica or Fnac. When i left the content of the review unchenged but moved the rate from 1 star to 5, the review was published in public, but after changing it again to 1 star, the content dissapeared.
I’ll stop publishig reviews.
Hi, @JaviCAP
You can read about unpublished reviews here: Known-issue-RESOLVED-Unpublished-reviews-and-photos-on-Google
And according to this thread (Add, edit, or delete Google Maps reviews & ratings ), "…Your reviews and opinions are voluntary. " It means you are free to review or to not review. Take it easy.
I’ve checked many of my reviews are not being shown in public. No content against Google policies on them (no links, no publicity, no hard words, and so on). It seems Google doesn’t like to show bad reviews to well known services and shops like Porsche or Fnac.
Besides a “google policies check” it seems to be there another check related to how much money an Inc. pays to Google for not falling under 4 stars rate.
Thank you Bobiisha for help me,
Lieben Dank.
