Unresolved Reward Delivery: Level 5 Local Guide - Redemption Code R1046BB25F869EC4

Hi Team,

I am a Level 5 Local Guide from Amritsar, India. I am reaching out because I never received my “Limited Edition Pin” reward from May 2023.I successfully redeemed the reward using code R1046BB25F869EC4 on May 1st, 2023. I tracked the package to my local DHL facility, but they refused to release it to me. I even visited the facility in person, but they stated that only the sender (Google/Brand Addition) could issue the necessary “query” to authorize the final delivery.Since the delivery failed due to a carrier requirement that I could not fulfill as the recipient, I am hoping a Moderator can help me. I have the original email and screenshots as proof of eligibility and the redemption code.Is there any way to have this reward reshipped or to reset the reward eligibility for my account?Thank you for your help!

For cases like this, it’s usually recommended to contact the sender of the reward directly. You can find their contact details in the original email that notified you about the reward.

Since the incident happened quite a long time ago (in 2023), the case may already be closed, but it’s still worth reaching out to them using the contact information provided in that email.

The reshipment option is limited to this time window: from 6 weeks after shipment until 6 months after shipment. So I’m sorry. You reacted too late.

Thank you for the response. I spent a significant amount of time in 2023 trying to resolve this—searching for solutions online and even visiting the DHL facility in person. Unfortunately, they insisted that only the sender could authorize the release. This reward is very meaningful to me as a milestone of my contributions, which is why I am still seeking a resolution. I have all the proof of redemption and tracking ready to share. Could you please help me escalate this for a reshipment or a reward reset?

If you search Connect you will find plenty of replies from Googlers confirming that the time ran out.

If you try entering your old redemption code at Local Guides
(Close to the bottom of the page) You will most likely learn the it has expired.

You can tag a Google Moderator but I believe the outcome will not be different.
