We were looking for a restaurant and found this “MoMo pizzeria” in Pozzilli, near Isernia, middle Italy (there is the best food in the world there). So we came in and ate our tomato, truffle and mozzarella bruschette, so good, ate our pizza, so good, and drunk our wine, so italian, so good. In the end the we got the dessert, something delicious, unexpectedly delicious. A pistachio semifreddo. It was so green, so creamy, and soft, it seemed like made by a starry chef, or by a big industry, but I knew that there was an humble human factor behind that. I felt the freshly of the ingredients and the flavor of that land. That’s what I want when I look for a place where eating but also and especially tasting (the ingredients and the land).
