Please make sure to check the “Spam” folder and the “Recently deleted” one in your e-mail account. Please also be sure that your email preferences have perks emails enabled by visiting Local Guides home.
Also be informed that the team is not able to recent the e-mails related to perks invitation.

I am Marisa, right now I’m a level 7 local guide.
I got a similar problem, I was busy with my study and had 2 emails (a private gmail and my university email) so since around new year I rarely checked my private gmail account (which I am using right now). Until recently I saw that my 100gb Google One plan (if I’m not mistaken I got it free by purchasing a Samsung phone?) is expired and I couldn’t receive emails because it was full, I tried to delete some but was useless because I had to much important stuff in there. Today, I purchased the 100gb Google One plan for one month and hoped all the emails I couldn’t receive will automatically be received. But, looks like it doesn’t work that way?
The question is:
Will I ever receive the emails that were sent to me while my email was full?
I never got local guide perks email (I checked the email preferences setting and it is enabled, I also checked my spam and deleted emails but there aren’t any)
If I am not mistaken my previous 100gb storage was from purchasing Samsung, but I heard level 4 local guide could also redeem 100gb storage, now I am not sure, did I already redeem the Samsung bonus or was it from local guide, is there any way to check it? Since I am a student, it would be really nice if I could redeem the one I haven’t
I wasn’t sure where to ask, I hope it’s okay to ask here

To answer your first question, I would like to inform you that as per Google Drive Help article, when your account reaches its storage limit, you can’t send or receive emails. However it would be best to post your issue to the Google Drive Help Community.
About you second question, unfortunately the Google One perk has expired and it can no longer be redeemed, nor we could check whether you have redeem it or not.
Please keep in mind that perks are not specified for each and every level. Sometimes, there are perks available and it will vary from time to time and from region to region. To maximize your chances of being eligible for a future perk opportunity, continue to add high quality contributions to Google Maps.
