In the June Newsletter there was a title “An easier path to update roads” and it went on to explain “Draw new or missing roads on Maps”. My map editing menu is not the same as what was shown in the tutorial. It does not have the “Missing Road” option. How can this be resolved? It is very frustrating.

If you have an Android device, you just have to follow the instructions listed in Add a missing road to the map

I have had this issue a couple of times now and I use only an Android phone as I do not have a home computer. My edit is still pending however I’m always looking for new ways to make it happen. Thanks for the input!

No. I’ve given up on that @deepakjhic
If Google thinks some parts of the world are not important enough, there’s no point in me getting stressed about it.
@LaloPadilla @4CharleneWard @deepakjhic I somehow re-discovered this old 2021 thread of mine. Confirming that the ability to
map my own country became possible sometime in 2023 and I’m now actively using the feature in 2024.
I don’t know if Connect has a way to lock a thread, but the issue is resolved.
