I need help verifying a new, officially assigned address that has not appeared on Google Maps for months. I have submitted the change multiple times.
Details:
Address: ul. Ks. Jakuba Jagiełły 36A, 10-371 Kieźliny, Poland (Gmina Dywity).
Plot No.: 441/18
Problem: The address is officially registered (see attached official land registry screenshot), but it is still missing on Google Maps. The pin is currently pending review. This causes issues with courier deliveries.
I understand, but I have already submitted the correction multiple times through the standard Google Maps “Send feedback” feature (“Missing address” and “Add a missing place”) over the last few months. The most recent submission is currently pending.
The issue is that the standard submissions are not being processed despite having official evidence (attached screenshot from the Polish Land Register).
That is why I came here, hoping a moderator could escalate the verification manually.
I will try the Maps support forum as suggested, but could you please verify if there is any backlog or a more direct way to speed up the processing of an officially confirmed address? Thank you for your help.
Many users have reported this issue, and I believe it is mostly an issue of lack of trust in the volunteers’ contributions. And as it is not related to the Local Guides program, the help community is your best bet. The volunteer product experts can easily escalate such issues to the relevant team.
Alternatively, please know there is a program designed to help municipalities and land developers to directly update roads and addresses without going through the spam filter. Please see https://contentpartners.maps.google.com/welcome
This is not something you can use, but you could encourage your local authorities to use it to ensure automated and quick updates of roads, etc., on Google Maps.
