As a Local Guide, when it comes to sustainability we always think about protecting nature by making mindful choices and also making a habit to add reviews to the places we visit that follows sustainable practices.
I try to follow sustainability in my everyday life through small, mindful choices like using public transport whenever possible, carrying my own steel water bottle, avoiding wastage and always keeping a cloth bag handy for groceries. I also make it a habit to politely say no to plastic bags when shopkeepers offer them.
Recently, while shopping for an electronic product at Croma, I noticed that they pack items in eco-friendly paper bags. It genuinely made me happy to see a brand taking responsibility towards the environment.
Walking out of the store with a paper bag felt good, not just as a customer, but as someone who cares about sustainability. Choosing eco-friendly packaging shows that brands can be mindful of the environment while still delivering a great shopping experience.

Thank you Ketan for this wonderful challenge. Let’s support the stores that choose to keep our planet clean and inspire others to carry reusable bags, accept paper bags, and say no to plastic.
