Phnom Penh has many international food choices, and Japanese food is easy to find around the city. There are more than 100 Japanese restaurants you can discover, from sushi and yakiniku to ramen and Japanese cafés.
I have tried a few Japanese restaurants in Phnom Penh, and this time I visited Machida Shoten Japanese Ramen.
The restaurant has a nice Japanese-style atmosphere, with an open kitchen, Japanese decorations, and a big ramen menu. I tried their ramen with a rich broth, pork, seaweed, vegetables, and egg. The portion was quite big, especially the bowl with several slices of pork.
They also have lunch sets where you can choose ramen together with side dishes such as gyoza, karaage, or takoyaki. I also noticed an all-you-can-drink promotion for $7.90 for 60 minutes.
If you are in Phnom Penh and enjoy Japanese ramen, this is another place you can add to your list and try.
One thing I enjoy about exploring food in Cambodia is seeing how many different international cuisines are now available here. Sometimes we don’t need to travel far to discover a little taste of another country.

I thought sharing a story about visiting a place, my experience, and my contribution was enough, but I understand now that this category focuses more on the actual Google Maps contribution itself.
