Traveling on the Hokuriku Shinkansen Line to Sake:Kanazawa 北陸新幹線で行く日本酒の旅:金沢

When I visited Kanazawa Station for the first time almost 10 years ago.

I heard that there was a spot in the souvenir shop where you could sample sake for 100 yen, and I drank too much and got drunk.

You can choose 100 yen or 300 yen brands to drink on the spot.

It’s reasonably priced, so don’t drink too much!

A unique message in the photo below: "Disinfect (infectious disease viruses) with alcohol.

@yamamo_cchi wow, sake samples for 100 JPY. That would be a reason to visit by itself  . Is Ishikawa prefecture famous for sake?

Thanks for the comment.
Ishikawa Prefecture is blessed with both rice and water, and sake brewing is very popular.
I’m not sure if it’s incredibly famous or not.
Kaga plum wine is also popular.

In Fukuoka Prefecture, where I live, sake is also made in areas blessed with water.
I’ll introduce it again soon.
