I have tried this several times when traveling from Aurangabad to Pune.
Apart from the bull, I admire the huge strength of the spiral wooden gears that squeeze the last drop of juice out of the canes. Nothing can beat the relief and rejuvenation that a glass of sugarcane juice brings on a hot summer afternoon.

Here in Odisha we use both the technique one without oil using the same procedure of bull or buffalo and second some of them use diesel based machine to make it faster and easier @tirathshakla .
But the small road side sugarcane juice vendors use hand rotate machine or diesel mechine to sell juice. Hope I could have some pictures to share with you. I will try to collect if possible.
