Traditional starter of Kefalonia island " Riganada"

I tasted this delicious starter in the island of Kefalonia in Greece this summer.

Its name is “Riganada” and the ingredients are very simple! Of course if someone lives on an island all products are always fresh and the quality is very high due to the lack of industrialization!

Simple but so so tasty! The plate is composed of 4 slices of bread , olive oil, fresh tomato, feta cheese and olives! i It was ,almost every day,

my lunch on the beach along with a frozen beer!
