cooking in a traditional way makes the food taste more flavorful ... it looks like satay food.
Satay is made from grilled lamb which is mixed with various spices and soy sauce
Hi @zantos92 ,
Thanks for sharing with us! : ]
Can you share with us, if the dish in the photo could be identified, as I may pick a guess that in the second photo is the grill meat sate, am I on the right track?
I just wanted to let you know that the current post would be relocated to Food & Drink, should the subject be more related to the board.
Mas @zantos92 that’s look like cooking for wedding ceremony ? In my village like this ,cooking with traditional stove ,all people come as voluntery, and one best food is sate

Hi @zantos92 ,
Thanks for clarifying! : ]
The photos you have captured have allowed us to understand a bit more about the traditions, as in case we would like to showcase tips of taking food photography, do feel free to check out an example 5 tips to consider when styling food or Why you should use natural light to photograph food, which may contain also handy instructions should the community take notes from.
It is indeed a great dish that I think is one of the best skewered/grilled meat!
Hi @Nyainurjanah ,
Thanks for clearing up my doubts!
What I really like of cooking is that it also becomes a great opportunity for the community to get together and chatter during special ocassion!
I would totally pair up Satay/Sate with rice, pickled vegetable (the Vietnamese version is called Nộm) and also a great company. : ]
