Chicken Chettinad is one of the very spicy chicken, with Thick Gravy, Ingredients were purfect and it was delicious. Most livable thing I like to share that traditional service on Banana Leaf, it’s a great memory.

Thanks for tagging me @rizbab28 . This is related to the traditional Nigerian “moi moi” which is also wrapped in plantain leaves and cooked for an hour and few minutes. I love to see great food photos. If you have more, you can share. Thanks.
