Topic: Suggestion to include both team and individual formats.

Hello Roaders,
I have a suggestion regarding voting. Both playing with a team and playing alone have their own advantages. So why not adopt a ‘hybrid model’?
I propose we design it like this:

Teams : So that we learn to work together, strategize, and support each other.
Individual : So that each member has a full opportunity to showcase their individual skills and establish their identity.

This will make the competition more exciting and eliminate the need to choose a side. We will grow together and prove our individual abilities.

I hope you’ll consider this ‘middle path’!"

Why choose this idea? (Key Points)

Balance: It will keep both those who want to play in a team happy and those who want to play alone.
Talent Identification: Sometimes talent gets hidden in a team; individual rounds will bring it to the fore.

Strong Bonding: Teamwork will improve relationships.
Flexibility: This format feels more modern

Equal Approval and Opportunity: The most important thing is that the approval or reward given by the system should be completely equal. Everyone should receive equal approval on the same day and at the same time—not that someone gets 10, someone gets 50, and someone gets 100.
Only when the rules and benefits are the same for everyone will the competition be fair and exciting.

Thank you for your suggestion. It is not a bad one. As you know, our decisions on TRAC is always on consensus. What that means is, agreement or decision of others are quite necessary. Majority carries the vote. Therefore, I wonder what other TRACians think of your ideas?

You know this is almost impossible or difficult. That’s one main problem we are facing. Well that depends on the team, not on us. We will keep this your suggestion on mind and keep it open for discussions. For now the majority of this particular vote for TRAC 2026 is tending towards The Team system.
