This is very common in the region. And its very common problem missing category.
I will explain in arabic hope translation will be ok.
عندنا في المنطقة فيه مزارع او بيوت فخمة ما احد ساكن فيها وهي عبارة عن فلل ضخمة فيها حديقة و مسبح و جاكوزي و ساونا و دواوين او غرف كبيرة للجلوس وكذلك غرف نوم للمبيت.
هذه الفلل تستاجر لمدة يوم واحد او اكثر غالبا يوم واحد يستاجرها مجموعة من الناس موظفي في شىركة جيران في حي يقضوا يوم كامل من الصباح الى اخر الليل يسبحوا ويجلسوا في الدواوين.
بعضها تستاجر لحفلات اعياد الميلاد او المناسبات اللي ضيوفها قليل.

ممكن تكلمنا عن المزرعة وايش ممكن يسوي الواحد لما يستاجرها؟
By definition a Chalet is a wooden building with a large roof overhang as explained here.
But there are many local interpretations and adaptations of the Google Maps categories that makes sense. And since Google never published any guidance on how the categories should be understood and used across languages, I would go ahead and add the place as a Chalet.
@Abod6996, is that the category you used?
Don’t add the photos while creating the new place. Make sure to add the phone number and website as this will make approval more likely.
