日式裝潢的炸豬排餐廳，除了進門的吧檯座位區外，還有一般座位安排給人數較多的客人。服務人員態度都蠻好的，菜單選項不是很多，除了日文之外還有英文版，外國觀光客來用餐蠻多的吧。
點了上ヒレカツ定食 ¥3000，如果不要白飯跟味噌湯的話，可以減¥400。餐點現點現做，等待的時間比較久一點，看每一桌客人都沒上菜呢!
ヒレカツ定食有炸豬排、白飯及味噌湯，炸豬排旁的高麗菜絲可以續加，只是服務人員完全沒有提醒。各種醬料(沙拉醬、豬排醬、醬油、鹽還有一小盅醬菜)都放在桌上了，炸豬排還有附上芥末醬，很搭。
這是個有厚度的炸豬排，外皮酥不油膩，雖然很厚的炸豬排，除了炸得有透之外，口感還挺嫩的。日本的白米飯就是香，米粒顆顆飽滿，這天米飯煮得也剛好，不會太乾。味噌湯很香但是口味稍微偏鹹。

Looks like a tasty meal even though the wait was long. Hey, as long as the conversation and ambience is good, the wait for made to order food is worth it!
Hi @joy ! This deep-fried pork besides being very inviting I imagine it is also very tasty, and I also think that mustard sauce is the most suitable adaptation for this dish! Even here in Italy these tipical Japanese restaurants “izakaya” are opening and as soon as one opens near me I will definitely go and taste this delicacy!
