米其林必比登推薦的豆漿店,創立於1958年,位於華山市場 二樓,是許多觀光客來台北必須打卡的豆漿店。
豆漿、米漿還有鹹豆漿,厚燒餅跟薄燒餅各自有不同的擁護者,我個人是喜歡薄燒餅那酥脆的口感,厚燒餅吃起來口感是比較扎實的。
燒餅還可以選擇夾但還是夾油條,油條也是推薦給大家,我個人覺得油條不要夾在燒餅內,而是拿來沾豆漿,更美味。
另一個我最喜歡的焦糖甜餅,內餡就只是簡單的糖,烤過後糖融化讓你每一口都能吃到甜甜的味道,外層則是稍微有點酥脆焦香,別忘了點一個焦糖甜餅試試看喔。
另外阜杭豆漿的另一個特色就是排隊,豆漿在市場二樓,但排隊人潮會從二樓一路往下排到一樓,甚至繞著建築物排成一圈兩圈的,想要吃到這米其林必比登推薦的早餐,需要有點耐性。

I’m glad you’ve been to Taipei before; even it was just transit. Welcome to visit Taiwan again anytime when you have the opportunity. 
I did not understand what the food was, but if it looks good then it should be good to eat as well @joy
yes @joy I hope I can visit Taiwan again. I once had experience to eat chicken in Shilling Night Market. That’s so delicious!
