Наш бизнес был популярен лишь благодаря отзывам наших клиентов, сейчас новые отзывы не добавляются и мы теряем популярность и поток клиентов. Почему вы не ввели ограничения по ключевым словам если хотели ограничить публикацию спама со стороны украинских пользователей, зачем полностью отключать все отзывы не спросив об этом нас. Почему бизнес должен страдать, есть есть ограничения которые могли уладить проблему без потерь. Пожалуйста решите этот вопрос как можно скорее, и верните возможность публиковать отзывы обычным клиентам.
Неправильно как-то брать и отключать для ряда стран Российской Федерации, Украины, Белоруссии, Казахстана публикацию отзывов. Когда ты его включишь? это несправедливо-делать что-то подобное с простыми людьми.

In any case, it is an action that is clearly explained in the Maps User Contributed Content Policy , and Google do this when there is the possibility of fake contents added in the area, as reported by several Local Guides already "Contributions must be based on real experiences and information. Deliberately fake content, copied or stolen photos, off-topic reviews, defamatory language, personal attacks, and unnecessary or incorrect content are all in violation of our policy. If you see this behavior, please report it.
We reserve the right to disable user generated contributions for individual business profiles and business categories to prevent abuse. We also reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies or terms of service, and to suspend or delete abusive accounts."
In addition, @Amina3 , as you are representing a business, I would like to ask you to address your question to the Google Business Profile Help Community and to exit from the Local guides Program, as your participation is against the Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions : “Organizations, brands, and businesses are not eligible for the Program.”

Out of an abundance of caution, we are removing user contributions like photos, videos, reviews and business information and all user-submitted places from Google Maps in Ukraine, Russia and Belarus since the invasion began, and are temporarily blocking new edits from being made.

Please also note that the Local Guides program is reserved for individuals only, and businesses cannot participate. Please feel free to share your concerns and queries over at the Google Business Profile community.
