It is my understanding that Google buys sattelite images and arial photos from other companies. And they don’t just but new images all the time. Probably because it is expensive.
There is no direct way for Maps users to request newer images to be bought.
I speculate that they will update when it is good for their business. So it probably depends on how many people and businesses use Google maps in the area.

كلامك منطقي جدا … لكني لاحظت عند بعض الاصدقاء وجود صور حديثة لتلك المناطق … بينما في برنامجي لا استطيع الحصول على صور حديثة … ولا اعلم ماهو السبب في ذلك

It would be really helpful if you would use the tagging tool when replying to someone here on Connect. Type @ followed by the username. Type slowly. Then we get an e-mail notification and you are more likely to get a prompt reply.
I think we all see the same sattelite and arial photos. But some areas have newer images quite frequently while other places have the same images for years.

As you can read in How images are collected " Images are collected over time from providers and platforms". It means, as @MortenCopenhagen said, that Google do not produce aerial images by himself. Collecting images from external sources have of course a cost, so Google prioritize areas where more changes are expected.

Can you please honestly explain what you are trying to do, @alimigalal333 ?
The position in the map is the same of a screenshot uploaded by you in a “not Applied Place”.
Do you mean that your place was not approved because not visible in Satellite view?
If so, well, this is not true. Here below the screenshot from a satellite view of the last place I added in Google maps.
As you can see, the building is not visible, but this is totally irrelevant to verify an edit, because Google use other instrument to verify the existence of a businesses
So, again, can you kindly explain what is your issue. this will help us to help you in a more clear way

How old are the buildings you are looking for?
According to what we can see from the satellite view, the acquisition of the images is dated 2021
